Production & Lead Time

All orders at Chenly-J are made-to-order. Our standard production lead time is 5??4 business days from the date of sample approval and deposit confirmation.

Shipping Methods

We ship globally via major international freight carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and sea freight for large orders. Shipping method is confirmed at the time of order based on order volume and destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination country. A shipping quote will be provided with your order confirmation.

Customs & Import Duties

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country. We provide all necessary commercial invoices and shipping documentation.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. For sea freight orders, an estimated arrival date will be provided.
